The Greater Bay Area (GBA) Digital Health Management Association, founded by Dr. G. Leong M.D., brings together experts in integrated Chinese and Western medicine, guardians of authentic medicinal herbs, nutritionists, and AI health tech professionals. We strive to build a multidisciplinary integrated healthcare ecosystem and co-create the future of healthy living.

Definition of Health Management

Health management refers to the scientific process of assisting individuals or groups in achieving health goals. This encompasses health assessment, health education, disease prevention, and health promotion. Its core lies in proactive individual participation and self-management.

Current State of Health Management in the Greater Bay Area

The GBA includes nine cities in Guangdong Province, Hong Kong, and Macao. This economically advanced region boasts abundant medical resources and is deepening the promotion of health management.

Digitalization offers new opportunities for health management. Technologies like big data and AI enable precise health assessments and personalized management plans. For example, smart wearable devices can monitor user health data in real time, helping users adjust diets and lifestyles promptly.

This is not only a melting pot of ideas but also a technological engine driving "preventive healthcare" toward universal accessibility, making wellness a measurable physiological metric.
